Stephen O’Neill currently holds licenses to practice in 5 of the United States, including the District of Columbia. He is a decorated member of the architectural community and a member of many architectural affiliations. Licensed since 1982, he is an honors graduate of the University of Maryland. As managing partner, Mr. O'Neill plays an integral part of transforming Collins & Kronstadt into the firm it is today.
